Please have your paper acceptance number and PaperPlaza PIN ready at hand before registering as well as IEEE membership no. and billing details. You may pay by credit credit card, in euro only.
Benefit from Early bird fees until Thursday, June 30
The registration fee must be paid within the deadline for the final upload of accepted papers on Thursday, June 30.
Video-presentations to be uploaded by Thursday, July 14
Papers for which none of the authors is registered will not be included in the conference program.
Cancellation Policy
If an Author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or the author is unable to participate in the conference.
Only the Workshop Registration Fee will be refunded if the minimum number of registrants is not reached.
Registered In presence participants without paper may cancel their registration up to July 15. After the conference they will receive the amount paid minus € 30 as administrative charges.
